Felony arrests

Burglary — Christopher James Keller, 29, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies Sunday arrested Keller on charges of first-degree burglary and first-degree trespass. He was lodged Sunday in the Jackson County Jail and released Monday on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Chase Weatherby Best, 31, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Best on charges of possession of methamphetamine, being a felon in possession of a weapon and for violating the conditions of his parole on a theft conviction. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail.

Drugs — Paul Emanuel Norton, 35, of the 1800 block of Olympic Avenue, Medford. Medford police Saturday arrested Norton on charges of possession of heroin and methamphetamine, two counts of second-degree theft, interfering with a police report and for violating the conditions of his parole from a previous drug conviction. He was lodged Saturday in jail without bail.

Burglary — Phillip Earl Chandler, 41, no known address. Medford police Sunday arrested Chandler on warrants charging him with first-degree burglary, second-degree theft and first-degre criminal trespass. He was lodged Sunday in jail and released Monday on his own recognizance.

Burglary — Jimmy Steve Collier, 39, of the 200 block of Wimer Street, Ashland. Medford police Sunday arrested Collier on three counts of second-degree burglary, four counts of second-degree criminal mischief, one count of attempted second-degree burglary and for violating the conditions of his probation on a previous theft conviction. He was lodged Sunday in jail without bail.

Drugs — Desiree LeeAnn Miller, 46, of the 1000 block of North Fifth Street, Jacksonville. Medford police Sunday arrested Miller on a warrant charging her with unlawful use of a motor vehicle as well as three counts of possession of methamphetamine and two counts of failing to appear pm previous drug and theft charges. She was lodged Monday in jail on $40,000 bail.
