Felony arrests

Weapon Use — Gary Willis McCoy, 75, of the 600 block of Kylee Ann, Medford. Medford police arrested McCoy Wednesday on a felony charge of unlawful use of a weapon, and on misdemeanor charges of menacing and recklessly endangering another person. He was booked in the jail Wednesday and released Thursday because of overcrowding.

Theft — Toby Allen Wright, 28, of the 1700 block of South Ivy Circle, Medford. Medford police arrested Wright Wednesday on a felony charge of first-degree theft, misdemeanor charges of possessing heroin and providing false information to police. He was booked in the jail Wednesday and released Thursday on his own recognizance.

Assault — John Edward Daiss, 34, of the 2500 block of North Keene Way Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Daiss Wednesday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault and a misdemeanor charge of harassment.

Drugs — Tristan Charles Wood, 30, no known address. Medford police arrested Wood Wednesday on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing methamphetamine, and on a sanction for violating his parole on a prior third-degree robbery conviction. He remained held in jail Thursday without bail.

Drugs — Desiree Lynn Conley, 27, of the 400 block of Stevens Road, Eagle Point. Medford police arrested Conley Wednesday on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of felon in possession of a restricted weapon, and on a sanction for violating her probation on a prior second-degree robbery conviction. She remained held in jail Thursday without bail.

Elude — Justin Warren Workman, 37, of the 3000 block of Glengrove Avenue, Medford. Phoenix police arrested Workman Thursday on felony charges of attempt to elude police in a vehicle and possessing methamphetamine, and on misdemeanor charges of interfering with police, tampering with evidence and reckless driving. He was held in jail Thursday without bail.

Elude — Camreal Nicole Boyd, 19, of the 600 block of Northwood Drive, Medford. On Thursday, Boyd made her initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and a misdemeanor charge of reckless driving. She was booked in the jail and released Thursday on her own recognizance.

Luring a Minor — Benjamin Bismark Stout, 45, of the 700 block of Sandra Lane, Central Point. On Thursday, Stout made his initial court appearance on felony charges of luring a minor and second-degree sexual abuse. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance.

Vehicle Theft — Mari Elizabeth Matthews, 35, of the 100 block of Almond Street, Medford. On Thursday, Matthews made her initial court appearance on two felony counts of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released Thursday on her own recognizance.

Child Pornography — John Delbert Stonebrink, 50, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Stonebrink Thursday on felony warrants charging him with using a child in display of sexually explicit conduct, first- and second-degree encouraging child sexual abuse and luring a minor. He was held in jail Thursday on $285,000 bail.

Suspended Diving — Rudy Nathan Tinajero, 34, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Tinajero Thursday on felony charges of driving while suspended or revoked and felon in possession of a firearm, and on a misdemeanor charge of concealed possession of a firearm. He was held in jail Thursday on $22,500 bail.
