Felony arrests

Theft — Richard Estrada Jr., 36, of the first block of Black Oak Drive, Medford. Estrada made his initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on charges of first-degree theft, unlawful use of a motor vehicle and possession of methamphetamine. He was booked Monday in the Jackson County Jail and released.

Theft — Keith Allen Smith, 51, no known address. Talent police Monday arrested Smith on a warrant charging him with first-degree theft. He was lodged Monday in jail on $7,500 bail.

Drugs — Algie Paul Burdis, 28, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Burdis on charges of possession of heroin and contempt as well as for violating the conditions of his probation on a previous heroin conviction. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail.

Drugs — Christopher John Raymond Miller, 28, of the 500 block of Beall Lane, Central Point. Medford police Sunday arrested Miller on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and for violating the conditions of his probation for a driving conviction. He was lodged Sunday in jail without bail.

Drugs — John Douglas Olson, Jr., 50, of the 500 block of Freeman Road, Central Point. Medford police Sunday arrested Olson on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and for failing to appear on drug and assault charges. He was lodged Sunday in jail on $12,500 bail.

Drugs — Amanda Kathrine Jensen, 28, of the 700 block of South Royal Avenue, Eagle Point. Medford police Sunday arrested Jensen on charges of possession of heroin and for violating the conditions of her parole on a previous drug conviction. She was lodged Monday in jail without bail.
