Felony arrests

Drugs — Diego Geovanny Lopez, 33, of the 2000 block of Mill Creek Drive, Prospect. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Lopez Wednesday on additional felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin, manufacturing, delivering and possessing methamphetamine, and felon in possession of a firearm. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies originally arrested Lopez May 30 on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of felon in possession of a restricted weapon and manufacturing and delivering heroin and methamphetamine, and for violating his parole on a prior vehicle theft conviction. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday without bail.

Witness Tampering — Jonathan Oliver Baldridge, 36, of the 8100 block of East Antelope Road, Eagle Point. Medford police arrested Baldridge Tuesday on four additional counts of tampering with a witness and three misdemeanor counts of violating a no-contact order. Baldridge was originally arrested Saturday on felony counts of coercion, fourth-degree assault and strangulation, and for violating his parole on a prior fourth-degree assault conviction. He remained lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.

Drugs — Brandon David Gonzalez, 32, no known address. Medford police arrested Gonzalez Tuesday on a felony count of possessing methamphetamine and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, possessing methamphetamine, possessing heroin, reckless driving, recklessly endangering and interfering with police. He remained lodged in jail Wednesday on $30,000 bail.

Identity Theft — Konnor Allan Lewis, 24, no known address. Central Point police arrested Lewis Tuesday on a felony charge of identity theft, misdemeanor charges of unlawfully carrying a concealed firearm and providing false information to police, warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing heroin and first-degree possessing a forged instrument, and for violating his parole on a prior second-degree robbery conviction. He was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.

Forgery — Thomas Lee Dargie, 36, of the 2300 block of Stillwater Court, Medford. Central Point police arrested Dargie Wednesday on a felony charge of first-degree forgery. He was booked in the jail and released Wednesday because of overcrowding.

Drugs — Alyce DeAnn Patee, 25, of the 500 block of Bessie Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Patee Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing heroin, misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous heroin-possession and Schedule III controlled substance possession convictions and on a sanction for violating her probation on a prior heroin-possession conviction. She was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.

Identity Theft — Kyle Alan Royse, 26, of the 6400 block of Harold Road, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Royse Wednesday on a felony warrant charging him with identity theft and misdemeanor warrants charging him with two counts of second-degree forgery. He was booked in the jail and released Wednesday because of overcrowding.

Drugs — Daniel Norman Ziegler, 41, of the 1900 block of Marsh Lane, Medford. Medford police arrested Ziegler Wednesday on felony charges of delivering and possessing methamphetamine and heroin, and for violating his parole on a prior methamphetamine delivery conviction. He was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.

Criminal Mistreatment — Samantha Nichole Moore, 23, of the 100 block of Mistletoe Street, Medford. On Wednesday, Moore made her initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of first-degree criminal mistreatment and on misdemeanor counts of second-degree theft and second-degree criminal mistreatment. She was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on her own recognizance.

Drugs — Andrew Jordan Gilman, 27, of the 800 block of Diamond Street, Medford. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Gilman Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing heroin and for violating his parole on a prior heroin-delivery conviction. He was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.

Identity Theft — Andrew Ryan Jones, 31, of the 400 block of West Main Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Jones Wednesday on felony charges of identity theft and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $15,000 bail.

Forgery — Gail Marie Vonwal, 33, no known address. Medford police arrested Vonwal Wednesday on a felony charge of first-degree forgery. She was lodged in jail Wednesday on $7,500 bail.

Drugs — David Allen Frasure, 29, of the 800 block of Ellendale Drive, Medford. Eagle Point police arrested Frasure Wednesday on a felony warrant charging him with possessing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of first-degree trespassing, misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of second-degree criminal mischief, for violating his probation on prior heroin-possession convictions and on out-of-county warrants for possessing heroin, methamphetamine, second-degree theft and forgery. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $90,500 bail.

Rape — Andrew Jonathan Shaddon, 30, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Shaddon Wednesday on four felony counts of first-degree rape and four felony counts of first-degree sexual abuse. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $2 million bail.
