Felony arrests

Vehicle Theft — Carl George Sullivant, 44, no known address. Central Point police arrested Sullivant Thursday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, attempting to elude police in a vehicle and possessing heroin, and on misdemeanor counts of reckless driving, reckless endangering, second-degree trespassing, driving while suspended and hit-and-run. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail Thursday on $87,500 bail.

Burglary — Brenda Lee Mason, 58, of the 4000 block of South Pacific Highway, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Mason Thursday on a felony charge of first-degree burglary and on misdemeanor charges of first-degree trespassing and violating a no-contact order. She was lodged in jail Thursday on $32,500 bail.

Identity Theft — Chloe Elizabeth Reese, 25, of the 2400 block of Nieto Way, Medford. On Thursday, Reese made her initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of identity theft, and on misdemeanor charges of second-degree forgery and attempted second-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released Thursday on her own recognizance.

Burglary — Andrew Antonio James, 29, of the 300 block of Haven Street, Medford. Medford police arrested James Thursday on two felony counts of first-degree burglary and on misdemeanor charges of second-degree theft, second-degree criminal mischief and first-degree trespassing. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $60,000 bail.

Criminal Mistreatment — Tanya Rita Bost, 39, of the 2600 block of Randall Avenue, Central Point. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Bost Thursday on felony warrants charging her with counts of first-degree criminal mistreatment, aggravated identity theft, first-degree theft and fraudulent use of a credit card. She was lodged in jail Thursday on $47,500 bail.

Drugs — Kerry Jeramy Wipf, 38, no known address. Medford police arrested Wipf Thursday on felony charges of possessing methamphetamine and heroin, and a felony warrant charging him with delivering meth. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $27,500 bail.

Crime reports

Vandalism — 500 block of Palm Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism at 2:40 p.m. Wednesday. Four windows were reported damaged, possibly by a BB gun. The damage was valued at $800.

Vandalism — 1000 block of Court Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism at 4:15 p.m. Wednesday. Two windows were reported shattered. The loss was valued at $2,000.

Theft — 3000 block of Samike Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 4:58 p.m. Wednesday. Items reported stolen included a Garmin GPS device and a two-way radio set. The loss and extensive damage to a garage door and vehicle bay was valued at $2,550.

Theft — 2600 block of Wilkshire Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 7:18 a.m. Thursday. Items reported stolen included a Springfield Armory XD model .45ACP, a brown leather wallet containing cash and a pair of Leupold binoculars. The loss was valued at $1,125.

Burglary — 1000 block of East Main Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of burglary at 7:30 a.m. Thursday. Items reported stolen included miscellaneous grinders, drivers and nail guns, batteries and chargers, an impact driver, flashlights, grinder, impact driver and reciprocating saw. The loss was valued at $4,116.

Vandalism — 100 block of Valley View Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism to the inside of a home, including damage to floors, cupboards, walls and chairs. The damage was valued at $12,000.
