Felony arrests


Drugs — Cord Michael Harrison, 28, of the 600 block of Siskiyou Boulevard, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Harrison Wednesday on additional felony charges of delivering heroin, possessing heroin and conspiring to deliver heroin. Ashland police originally arrested Harrison Monday on felony charges of possessing and delivering heroin and possessing methamphetamine. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday on $57,500 bail.


Weapons — Cody Ross Cruse, 37, of the 600 block of Cedar Avenue, Butte Falls. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Cruse Tuesday on two felony counts of felon in possession of a weapon and a misdemeanor count of felon in possession of a restricted weapon. He remained lodged in jail Wednesday on $10,000 bail.


Identity Theft — Matthew John Frombach Jr., 43, of the 100 block of Haven Road, Jacksonville. Ashland police arrested Frombach Wednesday on felony counts of identity theft, misdemeanor charges of fraudulent use of a credit card and second-degree theft, a misdemeanor warrant charging him with second-degree theft and a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of second-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on his own recognizance.


Drugs — Shane Frederick Lawson, 48, of the 800 block of Lozier Lane, Medford. Medford police arrested Lawson Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of fourth-degree assault and harassment, and for violating his parole on a prior felony driving under the influence of intoxicants conviction. He was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.


Burglary — Olivia Renea Tucker, 24, of the 3600 block of South Pacific Highway, Medford. On Wednesday, Tucker made her initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on two felony charges of second-degree burglary and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on her own recognizance.


Theft — Dineen Elaine Degener, 64, of the 400 block of Northwest Manzanita Avenue, Grants Pass. On Wednesday, Degener made her initial court appearance on two felony counts of first-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on her own recognizance.


Drugs — Marcy Lynne Curtis, 49, of the 5500 block of Highway 238, Jacksonville. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Curtis Wednesday on felony charges of delivering, manufacturing and possessing methamphetamine. She was lodged in jail Wednesday on more than $1 million bail.


Criminal Mischief — Rebeca Lynn Moore-Gaudern, 38, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Moore-Gaudern Wednesday on felony charges of first-degree criminal mischief and possessing methamphetamine, and on a misdemeanor hit-and-run charge. She was lodged in jail Wednesday on $20,000 bail.


Rape — Paul Scot Brewer, 43, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Brewer Wednesday on three felony counts of third-degree rape, three felony counts of second-degree sexual abuse and one felony count of third-degree sodomy. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $52,500 bail.


Crime reports


Vandalism — 2900 block of State Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism to a vehicle at 1:22 p.m. Tuesday. Damage to the vehicle trunk lid was valued at $1,000.


Vandalism — 1000 block of Katie Mae Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of a vehicle break-in at 7:59 a.m. Wednesday. Damage to the vehicle's soft top, windows and windshield was valued at $2,000.


Vandalism — 1100 block of Court Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism at 8:20 a.m. Wednesday. A building's glass door was reported shattered and two large windows were damaged. The damage was valued at $600.
