Felony arrests

Drugs — Warren Alexander Rich, 33, no known address. Medford police arrested Rich Monday on a felony charge of possessing oxycodone and misdemeanor charges of second-degree trespassing, harassment, theft of service and on a sanction for violating his probation on a prior methamphetamine-possession conviction.  He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Drugs — Michael Christopher Harrell, 46, no known address. Medford police arrested Harrell Monday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and for violating his parole on a prior first-degree burglary conviction. He was booked in the jail Monday and released Wednesday.

Drugs — Michylle Nicole Hukill, 35, no known address. Medford police arrested Hukill Tuesday on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering an possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail Tuesday and released.

Criminal Mischief — Michael Paul Tankersly, 38, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Tankersly Tuesday on a felony charge of first-degree criminal mischief. He remained in jail Wednesday on $7,500 bail.

Mail Theft — John Charles Wallace, 25, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Wallace Tuesday on a felony charge of mail theft. He remained lodged in jail Wednesday on $7,500 bail.

Mail Theft — Weston Jovan Epp, 23, no known address. Ashland police arrested Epp Tuesday on felony counts of mail theft and a misdemeanor charge of possessing a Schedule II controlled substance. Epp was charged in Jackson County Circuit Court Wednesday with misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving. He remained lodged in jail Wednesday on $21,000 bail.

Vehicle Theft — Matthew Gordon Splain, 53, of the 600 block of Royal Avenue, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Splain Wednesday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possessing a stolen vehicle, and on a misdemeanor charge of possessing methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $40,000 bail.

Impaired Driving — Bodhi Li Rasmussen, 40, of the 300 block of Coral Circle, Phoenix. Talent police arrested Rasmussen Wednesday on a felony charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants and a misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended. He was booked in the jail and released Wednesday.

Identity Theft — Jeremy Victor Carvajal, 31, of the 500 block of Franquette Street, Medford. On Wednesday, Carvajal made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on felony charges of identity theft and first-degree theft, and on misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving. He was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on his own recognizance.

Vehicle Theft — James Lee Goodell, 45, of the 900 block of South Oakdale Avenue, Medford. On Wednesday, Goodell made a court appearance on felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He remained lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.

Driving While Suspended — Ronnie Ray Waddell, 53, of the 5100 block of Peace Lane, Central Point. On Wednesday, Waddell made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of driving while suspended. He was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Troy Aaron Behnke, 22, no known address. Medford police arrested Behnke Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing heroin, a misdemeanor charge of violating a restraining order and on detainers for violating his probation on prior methamphetamine-delivery and heroin-possession convictions. He was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.

Drugs —JoAnne Baritua Taylor, 9, of the 500 block of Plum Street, Medford. On Wednesday, Taylor made a court appearance on felony charges of delivering and possessing heroin and possessing methamphetamine. She was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.
