Felony arrests

Weapon Use — Jordan Alexander Vogel, 24, no known address. Medford police charged Vogel Wednesday with an additional felony charge of unlawful use of a weapon and additional misdemeanor counts of harassment and menacing. Medford police originally arrested Vogel Feb. 1 on felony counts of aggravated first-degree animal abuse, unlawful use of a weapon, coercion, and a misdemeanor charge of fourth-degree assault. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday on $117,500 bail.

Robbery — Eric Martin Siebold, 26, of the 400 block of North Columbus Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Siebold Wednesday on an additional felony charge of third-degree robbery, and additional misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault and third-degree theft. Medford police originally arrested Siebold Monday for violating his parole on a prior methamphetamine-possession conviction. He remained lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.

Elude — Brian Michael Grimm, 36, of the 700 block of Queens Drive, Medford. Central Point police and Medford police arrested Grimm Tuesday on felony charges of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and manufacturing, delivering and possessing methamphetamine, misdemeanor charges of reckless driving and felon in possession of a restricted weapon, on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin, and manufacturing and delivering heroin, and on a sanction for violating his probation on a prior heroin-delivery conviction. He remained lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.

Drugs — Daniel Norman Ziegler, 41, of the 1900 block of Marsh Lane, Medford. Medford police arrested Ziegler Tuesday on felony charges of delivering and possessing heroin, possessing methamphetamine and for violating his parole on a prior methamphetamine-delivery conviction. He remained lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.

Drugs — Angel Uriostegui Ochoa, 30, of Santa Ana, California. Oregon State Police arrested Ochoa Wednesday on a felony charges of delivering and possessing methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $500,000 bail.

Robbery — Rhonda Jane Capello, 40, no known address. Medford police arrested Capello Wednesday on a felony charge of second-degree robbery, and on misdemeanor charges of second-degree theft, harassment, menacing and second-degree disorderly conduct. She was lodged in jail Wednesday on $25,000 bail.

Robbery — Angela Rose Capello, 38, no known address. Medford police arrested Capello Wednesday on a felony charge of second-degree robbery and misdemeanor charges of second-degree theft, harassment, menacing and second-degree disorderly conduct. She was lodged in jail Wednesday on $25,000 bail.

Robbery — Daniel Edward Smith, 58, no known address. Medford police arrested Smith Wednesday on a felony charge of second-degree robbery and misdemeanor counts of second-degree theft, harassment, menacing and second-degree disorderly conduct. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $25,000 bail.

Drugs — Lucio Haro, 26, no known address. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Haro Wednesday on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of violating a no-contact order and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of harassment and strangulation. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on more than $1 million bail.

Drugs — Ashley Anne Gummert, 30, of the 200 block of Dianne Way, Eagle Point. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Gummert Wednesday on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing methamphetamine, and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing methamphetamine. She was lodged in jail Wednesday on more than $1 million bail.

Crime reports

Vandalism — 2800 block of State Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism to a vehicle's gas tank at 6:46 a.m. Tuesday. The damage was valued at $1,000.

Theft — 800 block of Ellen Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of stolen power tools at 11:57 a.m. Tuesday. Items reported stolen included a Stihl hot saw, a Bosch laser level and a 14-inch blade. The loss was valued at $2,700.

Theft — 1200 block of Applewood Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of stolen checks and personal documents at 2:44 p.m. Tuesday. The loss was valued at $1,000.

Theft — 500 block of North Barneburg Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 8:32 a.m. Wednesday. A stainless steel Walther PPK/S .380 pistol was reported stolen. The loss was valued at $800.

Theft — 1900 block of North Keene Way Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft at 9:43 a.m. Wednesday. Items reported stolen included men's black rain jackets, polo shirts in white, black and red, a golf bag and a hat. The loss was valued at $2,045.
