Felony arrests

Robbery — Erin Elizabeth Sauter, 33, no known address. Medford police arrested Sauter Friday on felony charges of second-degree robbery, first-degree theft and possessing methamphetamine, and on a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a prior third-degree theft charge. She remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Saturday on $117,500 bail.

Kidnapping — Marcus Allen McCreary, 30, of Stockton, California. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested McCreary Friday on felony charges of first-degree kidnapping, first-degree robbery, first-degree burglary, second-degree assault, first-degree theft, felon in possession of a restricted weapon and possessing cocaine, along with a misdemeanor count of menacing. He remained lodged in the jail Saturday on $347,500 bail.

Kidnapping — Aumodie Maurine Gauthier, 19, of Stockton, California. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Gauthier Friday on felony charges of first-degree kidnapping, first-degree robbery, first-degree theft and delivering and possessing heroin along with a misdemeanor count of menacing. She was lodged in jail Saturday on $242,500 bail.

Drugs — Jayson Ray Spiva, 45, of the 400 block of Merlee Circle, Eagle Point. Eagle Point police arrested Spiva Friday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, on a misdemeanor warrant for contempt of court and on a detainer for violating his probation on a prior meth-possession conviction. He was lodged in jail Saturday without bail.

Marijuana — Daniel Bernal-Lozano, 25, of the 1800 block of North Keene Way Drive, Medford. Talent police arrested Bernal-Lozano Saturday on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing greater than 4 ounces of marijuana, a misdemeanor charges of possessing methamphetamine and carrying a concealed firearm. He was booked in the jail and released Saturday after posting bail.

Crime reports

Burglary — 800 block of Olympic Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of burglary to a residence at 12:23 p.m. Friday. A 26-inch Stihl chainsaw was reported stolen. The loss was valued at $400.

Theft — 1200 block of West McAndrews Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft and vandalism to vehicles at 1:09 p.m. Friday. Five vehicle fuel tanks were reported damaged. The loss of fuel and damage to the vehicles was valued at $1,650.
