Felony arrests

Contraband — Christopher Lee Wall, 26, of the 3600 block of Avenue G, White City. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Wall Friday on felony charges of supplying contraband and possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Friday and released Saturday because of overcrowding.

Drugs — Edwin Christian Figueroa, 21, of San Jose, California. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Figueroa Friday on felony charges of delivering, manufacturing and possessing methamphetamine.  He remained lodged in jail Saturday on more than $1 million.

Drugs — Miguel Alejandro Villegas, 25, no known address. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Villegas Friday on felony charges of delivering, manufacturing and possessing methamphetamine. He remained lodged in jail Saturday on more than $1 million.

Drugs — Daniel Norman Ziegler, 41, no known address. Medford police arrested Ziegler Saturday on felony counts of delivering heroin and possessing methamphetamine, and for violating his parole on a prior meth-delivery conviction. He was lodged in jail Saturday without bail.

Vehicle Theft — August Dawn Mansfield, 30, of the 1000 block of Siskiyou Boulevard, Ashland. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Mansfield Saturday on felony counts of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possessing oxycodone, a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft and for violating her parole on a prior unauthorized use of a vehicle conviction. He was lodged in jail Saturday without bail.

Vehicle Theft — Jeania Lea Silva, 38, no known address. Talent police arrested Silva Saturday on a felony charge of possessing a stolen vehicle. She was lodged in jail Saturday on $7,500 bail.

Drugs — Jose Antonio Garcia, 27, no known address. Medford police arrested Garcia Saturday on felony charges of possessing methamphetamine and possessing heroin, misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin, possessing methamphetamine and first-degree theft, and for violating his probation on a prior first-degree theft conviction. He was lodged in jail Saturday without bail.

Drugs — Jeramiah Ernest Hinkle, 40, no known address. Medford police arrested Hinkle Saturday on a felony charge of third-degree theft and a misdemeanor count of third-degree theft. He was lodged in jail Saturday on $10,000 bail.
