Felony Arrests

Theft — Lorie Ann Kendall, 51, of the 700 block of Beall Lane, Central Point. Medford police arrested Kendall Wednesday on a felony charge of first-degree theft and on a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of providing false information to police. She was booked in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday and released Thursday.

Drugs — Scauti Rose Hillman, 36, no known address. Medford police arrested Hillman Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of felon in possession of a restricted weapon and for violating her parole on a previous heroin-possession conviction. She remained lodged in jail Thursday without bail.

Fake ID — Jesus Eduardo Fregozo, 30, no known address. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Fregozo Thursday on felony counts of possessing fictitious identification, delivering heroin and possessing heroin, and misdemeanor counts of providing false information to police and failing to display an operator's license. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $530,000 bail.

Theft — Amanda Marie Fisher, 29, of the 2400 block of Fox Run, Medford. On Thursday, Fisher made her initial court appearance on a felony count of first-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released Thursday on her own recognizance.

Rape — Joshua Thomas Campos, 18, of the 1500 block of Hancock Avenue, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Campos Thursday on felony counts of second-and third-degree rape, first- and second-degree sexual abuse, second-degree unlawful sexual abuse and third-degree sodomy. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $795,000 bail.

Drugs — Gabrielle McKenzie Holmes, 24, of the 800 block of Cedar Street, Medford. On Thursday, Holmes made her initial court appearance on a felony count of possessing heroin. She was booked in the jail and released Thursday on her own recognizance.

Elude — James Dillon Card, 25, no known address. Medford police and Phoenix police arrested Card Thursday on felony charges of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and unauthorized use of a vehicle, misdemeanor counts of reckless driving and hit-and-run, warrants for failing to appear in court on prior charges of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, unauthorized use of a vehicle and reckless driving, on out-of-county warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of eluding police, reckless driving and interfering with police and for violating his parole on a prior unauthorized use of a vehicle conviction. He was lodged in jail Thursday without bail.
