Assault — Matthew John Woken, 43, of the 2500 block of Argonne Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Woken Thursday on a felony charge of second-degree assault. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail Thursday on $250,000 bail.
Criminal Mischief — Travis Dean Lewis, 37, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Lewis Friday on felony charges of first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree burglary, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and on misdemeanor charges of unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, attempted unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, second-degree trespassing and third-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released Friday because of overcrowding.
Drugs — Ryan Lee Brashears, 23, of the 3200 block of Blackthorn Way, Medford. Medford police arrested Brashears Friday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of second-degree trespassing and for violating his parole on a previous meth possession conviction. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail.
Sex Offender Registration — Johnthon Edward Martine, 32, of the 400 block of East 12th Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Martine Friday on a felony charge of failing to register his address as a sex offender and for violating his parole on a second-degree sexual abuse conviction. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail.
Supplying Contraband — Ashlie Brooke Gosenberg, 30, no known address. Medford police arrested Gosenberg Friday on felony charges of supplying contraband and possessing methamphetamine, and for violating her parole on a previous meth-possession conviction. She was lodged in jail Friday without bail.
Criminal Mischief — Garrett James Salinas, 38, of the 2600 block of Sand Creek Road, Grants Pass. Medford police arrested Salinas Friday on a felony charge of first-degree criminal mischief, and on a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of second-degree trespassing. He was lodged in jail Friday on $12,500 bail.
Theft — 1300 block of Center Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of a vehicle break-in at 4:24 a.m. Friday. About $500 worth of toys were reported stolen and two vehicle windows were broken. The loss and damage to the vehicle was valued at $1,500.
Burglary — 1100 block of Progress Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of burglary to a business at 7:31 a.m. Friday. Items reported stolen included about $2,400 worth of cigarettes and other tobacco products and $300 worth of beer and wine. The loss and damage to the business was valued at $3,200.
Vehicle Theft — 900 block of North Keene Way Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen Honda Accord at 10:18 a.m. Friday. The loss was valued at $2,000.
