Felony arrests

  • Drugs — Ashley Lynn Walker, 24, of the 150 block of Walker Road, Grants Pass. Oregon State Police troopers Monday arrested Walker on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence of intoxicants. She was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail, then released on her own recognizance.
  • Drugs — Jennifer Lynn Bork, 19, of the 2200 block of Smokethorn Way, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Monday arrested Bork on a warrant charging her with possession of methamphetamine as well as charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and for failing to appear on other drug-related charges. She was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail on $24,000 bail.
  • Drugs — Mitchell Chehalis Geary, 23, of the 13400 block of Highway 66, Ashland. Geary made his initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on charges of possession of heroin and two other counts of possession of controlled substances. He was booked Monday in the Jackson County Jail and released.
  • Burglary — Paul Konstakinovich Kostenko, 24, of the 300 block of West Pine Street, Central Point. Kostenko made his initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on two counts of first-degree burglary and one count each of fourth-degree assault, harassment and reckless endangering. He was booked Monday in the Jackson County Jail and released.
  • Assault — Joshua Wayne Rosencrans, 30, of the 5300 block of Table Rock Road, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Monday arrested Rosencrans on charges of felony fourth-degree assault and strangulation. He was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail on $9,000 bail.
  • Robbery — Timothy Allan Kramer, 48, no address available. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Monday arrested Kramer on charges of third-degree robbery, second-degree theft, furnishing false information to a police officer, harassment, second-degree criminal mischief and for failing to appear on 11 other charges. He was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail on $44,000 bail.


Crime reports

Theft — 600 block of Brian Way, Medford. Medford police took a report at 10:25 a.m. of the theft of an aluminum loading-dock plate and two steel plates. The loss was valued at $1,600.
