Adam Miner Berrien and Sonya Kayla Sanchez, both of Central Point, were married April 28 along the Rogue River at Shady Cove. A friend of the couple, Myles Johnson of Jacksonville, officiated the ceremony, and about 50 friends and relatives attended.

The bride is the daughter of Linda Sanchez of Gold Hill and Manuel Sanchez of Reno, Nev. She was given away by her uncle, Jimmy Markwick, and was assisted by two maids of honor, Chelsea Sanchez and Kayleen Walker; two bridesmaids, Emily Wilder and Lauren Beard; and two flower girls, 3-year-old Natalie Sacket and 9-year-old Scarlett Garner.

The groom is the son of Richard and Gay Berrien of Big Bar, Calif. He was accompanied at the altar by best man Ben Dombrowsky and groomsmen Kyle Davis, Memo Sanchez and Tommy Ryan.

The bride's grandparents are Michael and Suk Wirth and Clyde and Vivian Markwick, all of Central Point. The groom's grandparents are Dick and Joan Berrien of Weaverville, Calif.
