Shauna Lynn Allen and Nathan Manuel Johnson were married Aug. 28 at Orchard Home Gardens in Medford. The bride's uncle, the Rev. Jon Shellenberger of the Church of the Nazarene in Derby, Kan., officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Dave and Kim Allen of Medford. She is a 2004 graduate of North Medford High School.

The groom is the son of Joe and Carmen Johnson of Salinas, Calif. A 2003 graduate of Salinas High School, he served as a tank operator in the U.S. Army from 2004 to 2008. He is a pest-control technician with Eden Advanced Pest Solutions in Olympia, Wash.

Matron of honor was the bride's sister, Kristin Burchfiel of Oakland, Calif. Bridesmaids/men were the bride's brother-in-law, Joel Burchfiel of Oakland, Calif., the groom's sister, Samantha Harrison of Salinas, Calif., the bride's cousin, Ricky Isabell of Central Point and Brittany Skinner of Brier, Wash.

Best man was Rick Morris of Kent, Wash. Groomsmen/women were the groom's sister, Kandice Gamoton of Salinas, Calif., the groom's brother-in-law, Spencer Harrison of Salinas, Calif., and Lauren Bray of Santa Barbara, Calif.

Flower girl was Nyla Rezentes of Kent, Wash.

Ring bearer was the groom's nephew, Aydin Gamoton of Salinas, Calif.

Following the ceremony, the bride's parents hosted a reception at Orchard Home Gardens.

For their wedding trip, the newlyweds took a cruise to Baja, Mexico.

They are living in Kent, Wash.
