Students of merit

The following Crater Renaissance Academy students have been honored as Students of Merit: The OASSA Honor Team. The program is sponsored by the Oregon Association of Secondary School Administrators and recognizes up to 12 outstanding students in a high school program. Its purpose is to recognize students of academic promise who also demonstrate good citizenship within 12 specific curriculum areas.

The Crater Renaissance Academy's Students of Merit are:

Emmily Greb, 10th grade, vocational agriculture; Kelsi Drake, 12th grade, language arts; Lacey Haight, 10th grade, math; Jessi Worley, 10th grade, foreign language; Tyler Davis, 12th grade, science; Christina de la Cruz, 11th grade, business/marketing; Leslie Lerbeck, 12th grade, fine arts-visual; Mitch Ludwig, 12th grade, fine arts-performing; Nate Stickrod, 10th grade, social science; Cody Lord, ninth grade, computer science; Derek Storms, 12th grade, health/P.E.

The students were recognized at a schoolwide assembly on May 26 and were given plaques recognizing them as Students of Merit by the OASSA.
