Lee has applied to Pomona College to begin his undergraduate work. He is undecided about his possible career choice at this time.

A senior student from Ashland High School is honored each month during the school year. Each Student of the Month receives an award certificate and a $100 savings bond. During the month of May, 2011 two of the nine monthly winners for the current school year will be further honored with the "Tommy Laird Kiwanis Scholarship," a $1,000 college scholarship.
