McKenzie Sheaffer of Panama City Beach, Fla., and Christopher Garceau of Enterprise, Ala., plan to marry at a date and location to be determined.
Sheaffer is the daughter of Barbara and Scott Sheaffer of Medford. She is a 2006 graduate of South Medford High School, a 2010 graduate of the University of Oregon with a bachelor's degree in sociology and a 2011 graduate of Arizona State University in Tempe, Ariz., where she earned her master's degree in elementary education. She received teaching credentials in Arizona, Florida and Washington state, and she works as a substitute teacher in Panama City Beach, Fla.
Garceau is the son of Peter and Teresa Garceau of Guilford, Conn. He is a 2001 graduate of Canterbury High School in Guilford and a 2005 graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, N.Y,, where he earned his bachelor's degree in engineering. He graduated in 2012 from U.S. Army flight school as a Boeing Chinook pilot. He soon will relocate with Sheaffer to Seattle where he will fly for the Washington Army National Guard.
Erin Trostel and Ben DeCarlow, both of Medford, plan to marry Aug. 11, 2012, at Eagle Creek Estate in Eagle Point.
Trostel is the daughter of Woody and Jean Trostel of Aloha. She is a 2006 graduate of Aloha High School and a 2010 graduate of the the University of Oregon with a bachelor's degree in political science. She works as an early reading interventionist at Howard Elementary School in Medford.
DeCarlow is a 2005 graduate of North Medford High School, a 2009 graduate of the University of Oregon with a bachelor's degree in political science and a 2010 graduate of Southern Oregon University with a master's in teaching. He works as a substitute teacher for the Medford School District.
Molly Brophy and Lauren Jespersen, both of Klamath Falls, plan to marry June 2, 2012 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Medford.
Brophy is the daughter of Tim and Ann Brophy of Medford. She is a 2006 graduate of North Medford High School, and a 2010 graduate of Oregon State University with a bachelor's degree in biology, and a 2011 graduate of Oregon State University with a master's degree in public health (international). She currently works as a program coordinator for health promotion and disease prevention at the Klamath County Department of Public Health in Klamath Falls.
Jespersen is the son of Larry and Maureen Jespersen. He is a 2003 graduate of Klamath Union High School in Klamath Falls, a 2008 graduate of Stanford University in Stanford, Calif. with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, and a 2011 graduate of Oregon State University with a master's in business administration. He currently works as a chief financial officer for Edgewood Ranch, Inc. in Klamath Falls.
