Engagements: Paddock-Lansdown, Kemp-Sullivan, Greenisen-Tycer


Carol Paddock and Dale L. Lansdown Jr., both of Jacksonville, Fla., plan to marry Sept. 8 at St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Monett, Mo.

Paddock is the daughter of Janet and Greg Elsen of Zillah, Wash. A 1975 graduate of Zillah High School in Washington, she attended Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Florida. She is in the U.S. Navy, HSL-40, stationed in Jacksonville, Fla.

Lansdown is the son of Dale L. "Pee Wee" Lansdown of Cassville, Mo., and the late Phyllis Cayo of Central Point. A graduate of Central Point High School, he attended Southwestern University. He has served in the U.S. Navy for 24 years and is a VS 31 forward deployed onboard the USS John C. Stennis in the Persian Gulf.


Erin Kemp of Medford and Joel Sullivan of Spokane, Wash., plan to marry May 17, 2008 at Applegate Christian Fellowship in Ruch.

Kemp is the daughter of Gayelynne Kemp of Medford and Andrew Kemp of Gold Hill. A 2001 graduate of Crater High School in Central Point, she is pursuing a bachelor's degree in psychology at Southern Oregon University in Ashland. She is a monitor technician at Rogue Valley Medical Center.

Sullivan is the son of Jim and Tami Fudge of Medford and Henry and Beverly Sullivan of Palmdale, Calif. A 2000 graduate of South Medford High School, he received an associate's degree in biblical theology in 2003 from Calvary Chapel Bible College in Murrieta, Calif. He is pursuing an associate's degree in radiology technology at Apollo College in Spokane, Wash. He is a server at the Black Angus in Spokane, Wash.


Lindsay A. Greenisen of Oklahoma City and Ronald G. Tycer II of Boise, Idaho, plan to marry in the summer of 2008.

Greenisen is the daughter of Dr. Michael Greenisen of Houston, and Virginia Greenisen of Boulder Junction, Wis. A 1997 graduate of Clear Brook High School in Houston, she graduated from Texas Lutheran University in Sequin, Texas, in 2001. She is a captain in the U.S. Air Force stationed at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma.

Tycer is the son of Ron and Joan Tycer of Central Point. A 1996 graduate of North Medford High School, he graduated from Oregon State University in Corvallis in 2001. He is a captain in the U.S. Air Force, stationed at Mountain Home Air Force Base in Idaho.
