Taysha Anderson and Alexander Weprajetzky, both of Hillsboro, plan to marry Christmas Day, Dec. 25, at the family's private beach, Ka'u Ia E Lei A'e Nei La Beach (I pledge my love to you alone), in Kailau Kona, Hawaii.
The bride is the daughter of Dr. Duke and Nancy Anderson of Central Point. A 1998 graduate of North Medford High School, she received a bachelor's degree in 2002 from the University of Hawaii in Hilo, Hawaii. She is pursuing a graduate degree at Oregon State University in Corvallis. She is the implant treatment coordinator for Dr. Melvin Matsuda in Hillsboro.
Weprajetzky is the son of Deborah Cook of Tempe, Ariz., and Steven Webb of Chandler, Ariz. He is a 1997 graduate of Apache Junction High School in Apache Junction, Ariz. He attended Scottsdale Community College in Scottsdale, Ariz., Arizona State University in Tempe, Ariz., and graduated as an emergency medical technician from Mesa Community College in Mesa, Ariz. He is a self-employed physical trainer, operating Alex Weprajetzky-North West Elite Fitness in Tigard.
