Allen and Theresa Ziemann

Allen and Theresa Ziemann

Allen and Theresa Ziemann of Central Point celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary April 18, 2015, with an open house celebration at Medford Friends Church hosted by their two daughters, followed by a family dinner and renewing of the couple's vows. About 120 people attended the celebration, including many from their original wedding party.

They were married April 16, 1965, in Medford. They have two daughters, Paulie Ziemann of Medford and Amanda Crabtree (son-in-law Mark) of Tigard.

Allen grew up in the Medford area and graduated from Medford High School. Upon returning from an Army tour in Vietnam, he worked as a mechanic and retired from Sierra Pine, formerly Medco, after 41 years.

Theresa was born in Ashland and raised in Central Point, and she graduated from Crater High School. She retired after 33 years doing payroll for Wendy's of Southern Oregon.

In their free time, Allen enjoys fishing, and Theresa sews and makes cards. Together they enjoy family and friends, church activities, and are planning a trip together later this fall.
