InnSight Hotel Management Group has named Marissa Ruf as the hospitality firm’s Southern Oregon sales director. Ruf began her career with InnSight in 2006 as a front office manager at the Courtyard by Marriott Medford Airport. She transitioned to a sales manager role for two InnSight hotels before becoming general manager at SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Medford. InnSight also named Won Choi regional operations manager for Southern Oregon. Won joined InnSight in 2007 as the front desk supervisor at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Medford. He has held multiple leadership positions with the group and was recognized by Marriott International with its Marriott Award of Excellence.

People’s Bank of Commerce has added four commercial lenders to its staff: Bill Haden, senior vice president and team leader for commercial lending; Lori Williams, vice president and commercial loan officer; Bryan Pistole, credit analyst; and Cathi Jamison, commercial loan assistant. All four moved from Mechanics Bank, which acquired Scott Valley Bank. Haden has been in the financial service industry for more than 40 years, holding executive roles with Bank of the Cascades, Umpqua Bank and Valley of the Rogue Bank. Haden earned a bachelor of science degree from Southern Oregon University and is also a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School. He has served on the SOU Foundation Board and Providence Hospital Community Foundation. Williams has 30 years of banking experience. She was vice president and relationship manager for Mechanics Bank and Umpqua Bank. Williams is a board member of the Medford Senior Center. She has an associate degree and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School. Pistole has more than 13 years of banking experience in analyst and underwriting roles. He earned a business administration degree at Azusa Pacific University and volunteers with Junior Achievement of Jackson County. Jamison has been in the financial industry for more than 24 years. Before working at Mechanics Bank, she worked for Klamath First Federal and Sterling Bank. She volunteers for the CASA of Jackson County.
