Snowshoe hikes continue

Rangers at Crater Lake National Park are offering free snowshoe hikes again today.

They happen from 1 to 2:30 p.m. and leave from the park visitor center. Participants must be at least 8, and the hikes are on moderately strenuous terrain at an elevation of about 7,100 feet.

Snowshoes are provided by the park, or participants can bring their own. No snowshoeing experience is necessary.

Reservations: 541-594-3100.
