Sniff out history at Hanley Farm

Learn about the history of the Southern Oregon Humane Society and meet dogs looking for a home at Hanley Farm.

The Southern Oregon Historical Society opens the historic farm and shows an exhibit tracking the Humane Society's local history. The event starts at 11 a.m. and ends at 3 p.m. at Hanley Farm, 1053 Hanley Road, Central Point.

Admission is free for people who want to picnic or look at the farm's crops and animals. Children can walk on stilts or roll hoops. House tours cost $3. The Hanley Mercantile will be open for shopping.
