On July 19, a Medford police officer stopped a vehicle at East Main Street and Riverside Avenue. As the officer approached the vehicle, the driver took off.
After a pursuit through downtown Medford, the vehicle was found abandoned in an east Medford alley. Medford Police want to talk to the registered owner, who also has a felony warrant.
Jorge Armando Cisneros, 29, a convicted felon, has an outstanding no-bail felony warrant held by Oregon State Board of Parole and Probation, for parole violation.
He is described as a Hispanic male adult, 6 feet tall, weighing approximately 170 pounds.
He has black hair and brown eyes and a tattoo of a man with a gun on his right shoulder and a man with a rifle tattooed on his left shoulder. He also has a pierced tongue and both ears pierced.

Medford Police also want to talk to two of Cisneros' associates who also have outstanding felony warrants, Christopher Michael Linder and Candace Ranae Boardman.
Christopher Michael Linder, 24, is a convicted felon and has an outstanding no-bail felony warrant, held by the Jackson County Sheriff's Office for a custody violation. Linder is described as a white male, 6 feet tall, weighing approximately 200 pounds.
He has the word "Linder" tattooed on his back, a tribal band on his upper left arm, Chinese writing on his left forearm and a tattoo of large flames on his right forearm. He also has pierced ears.

Candace Ranae Boardman, 21, has an outstanding felony warrant held by the Medford Police Department for failure to appear on the charge of identity theft, bail $6,000.
There is an additional felony warrant held by the Jackson County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear on the charge of possession of a controlled substance. Boardman is described as a white female adult, 5 feet 1 inch tall, weighing approximately 110 pounds. She has brown hair and blue eyes and has a tattoo of barbed wire and flames on her upper left arm. She also has a pierced tongue.
