Jeld-Wen names new CFO

Klamath Falls door and window maker Jeld-Wen has named Scott Cottrill its new executive vice-president and chief financial officer.

Cottrill succeeds Neil Stuart, whose resignation was announced earlier this month and assumes his new role on Oct. 15 for the company which has 20,000 employees.

Cottrill has been 14 years with Goodrich Corp., a supplier of systems and services to aerospace and defense industries. Since 2005, he has been the company's vice president, corporate controller and chief accounting officer at Goodrich. Prior to that, he led the internal audit department. Previously he was with accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers for 11 years

Cottrill earned a bachelor of science in accounting at Penn State and is both a certified public accountant and certified internal auditor.
