Jacksonville hosts Art Amble on Friday

Art Presence, a group created to support art in Jacksonville, has re-launched of the city's fourth Friday Art Amble.

From 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, 26 Jacksonville venues will be open for dining and shopping. Businesses with a gold pennant at the front door will have artists showing their work. Some businesses will have wine tasting and finger foods.

Artists featured at Friday's event include Betty Barss and Charlotte Peterson at the Jacksonville Inn; Steve and Sue Bennett at their Oregon Street Gallery; Anne Brooke at the Bella Union, Katy Cauker and Jeff Levin at MacLevin's Gallery; Peter Coons, Alice LaMoree, and Jannie Ledard at Lode Star Tavern; Dianne Jean Erickson at Cork's and Jacksonville Barn; Alx Fox and Bill Stanton at Terra Firma; Elaine Frenett at the Apple Cellar Bakery; Cheryl Garcia at South Stage Cellars; Katharine Gracey at The Jacksonville Mercantile; Ron Moore and Danna Tartaglia at Carefree Buffalo; Marilyn Hurst at Blue Door; May Wygant at the Good Bean Company; and jewelry artist Dian Robins at The Creator's Gallery.
