It's train park day in Medford

The little trains head down the tracks again today at the Medford Railroad Park.

The attraction, open twice a month on Sundays through summer and early fall, is open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Table Rock and Berrydale roads. Admission is free, but the train-enthusiast groups that run the park accept donations.

The park offers rides on small-scale steam and diesel trains for all ages, along with exhibits of full-size and miniature trains, a historic locomotive and caboose and an antique telegraph service.
