Interfaith observance in Ashland

Get exposed to others' ideas of faith at Ashland's 24th annual Thanksgiving celebration by a group known as Interfaith.

The service is set from 10 to 11 a.m. in Wesley Hall behind the First Methodist Church on Laurel Street. It's free.

Traditions represented at the event will include Chrisian, Baha'i, Jewish, Muslim, Druid, Taoist, American Indian, Unitarian Universalist and New Thought.

Participants can bring ideas and experiences to the celebration on posters and 8.5 by 11 inch sheets to be put up on the walls and possibly gathered into a booklet.
