Friendly Fermentation class in Medford today

Join chef and certified foods healing specialist Trish Carty and discover how "tonic" drinks like Beet Kvass and Rejuvelac help revitalize body systems, nourish organs and add good bacteria back into the colon.

Price, Ann Wigmore (of wheatgrass fame) and Sally Fallon, author of "Nourishing Traditions" cookbook.
