Five arrested at suspected Rogue River drug house

Jackson County Sheriff's Department deputies arrested five people suspected of being linked to a drug house where authorities seized heroin and marijuana Sunday, according to a news release.

Police said they tracked Clinton David Willoughby, 20 — who was wanted on a warrant for heroin possession — to a suspected drug house in the 2800 block of East Evans Creek Road at 3:30 a.m. Officers from the sheriff's department and Rogue River Police Department saw what appeared to be equipment for processing marijuana through the window of a detached garage at the property during their search. The equipment including grow lights and other pieces used for care of the plants. Police also found marijuana and heroin. Exact amounts have not yet been confirmed.

"It was a fairly large amount of heroin and moderate amounts of marijuana," said Capt. Monte Holloway of the sheriff's department.

Police arrested Willoughby and 26-year-old Eulalio Lopez, Jr., for possession of heroin. Dannen Fox, 22, was also arrested on an out-of-county probation violation. Tyler Renfro, 22, was lodged for possession, distribution and manufacture of heroin and marijuana and Michelle Brooks was lodged for failure to appear on cases stemming from possession of methamphetamine, heroin and prescription pills.

Brooks was being held on $22,000 bail and Lopez was being held without bail. Willoughby, Fox and Renfro were not listed in the jail as of Monday morning.
