Dutch Bros. to open first Illinois Valley location

Dutch Bros. Coffee opens its first Illinois Valley location Friday, Sept. 23, at 115 North Redwood Highway in Cave Junction.

Following the company's tradition, free drinks will be served from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.

The store will be operated by Caleb Christensen and his wife Tahnee, who have been with Dutch Bros. for more than seven years, working at numerous locations including Grants Pass and Bend.

The Christensens support the Boys & Girls Club and plan to give back to the local Cave Junction chapter.

Regular business hours are Sunday through Thursday from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Dutch Bros. Coffee, founded in 1992, is the country's largest privately-held, drive-through coffee company. There are more than 160 locations in Oregon, California, Washington, Idaho, Nevada, Colorado and Arizona.
