Ballots due by 8 p.m.

It's Election Day — your hours to procrastinate are numbered.

Ballots are due by 8 p.m. to the county Elections Office, 1101 W. Main St., Suite 201, or at drop boxes at any other official county site. It's too late to send ballots by mail.

To be decided in Oregon's primary today are presidential contests between Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama on the Democratic side and John McCain and Ron Paul on the GOP side.

Statewide races for the U.S. Senate as well as secretary of state and attorney general and countywide races for county commissioner, assessor, judicial positions, clerk and surveyor are on the ballot. A handful of statewide and local ballot measures also will be decided.
